We caught them doin it and went reported it and all staff did was call and ask and they say it was the people next door which was an elderly couple. They did it all night long until the parents in the next rm came out and I gave them a piece of my mind and warned them if it was done again that the ending results wasn’t gone be nice. « Staff was friendly & helpful. Rooms are older and need to be updated. The beds are firm, not very comfortable. Walls are thin, you can hear the other guest talking and running down the hallway as well as the traffic on the highway. I don't plan to stay in the future. »

« Very nice room. Desk clerk that checked us in was obviously having a bad day. lol. Very unfriendly and short. He was also sitting out front smoking when we left. Hotel was beautiful and loved the lake view though. »

« No in-room coffee. Was told that it was a corporate decision to cut costs. They did have 24 hour coffee available in the lobby. I guess if you want a coffee when you wake up, wear your Jamie's, walk down the hallway take the elevator walk to the lobby, then go back. »

« Great location to Quachita State Park. Appreciated the size of the fridge…..was bigger than the usual small mini fridge and we needed it! Would stay there again, no problem. »
